Breast plastic surgery: Enlargement
Too small or asymmetric breasts concern many women, even though it may not be a problem limiting…
Every human body is asymmetrical. Despite all imaginable diets and exercise, each of us has the personal experience of subcutaneous fat remaining in problematic areas. What can we do about it? Thanks to the state-of-the-art technology, our surgeons can move the patient's own adipose tissue for body shaping. This is exactly, what Fat Transfer allows the doctors to perform!
Fat Transfer is the transfer of a patient's own fat from one area to another, where it then functions as filler. Methods of transferring adipose tissue are otherwise known as lipofilling and lipografting. The advantage is that the patient's own fat integrates well in the area where the surgeon transfers it. In addition, while taking the fat cells, they are undamaged; up to 80% can survive at the new site!
Virtually any. Most often, physicians use fat cells transfer to enlarge buttocks and breasts. The supply area is usually exactly a problematic area that patient cannot reduce by diet or exercise. Another part of the body that can we can treat; is the face where a doctor can fill the wrinkles.
The modern method of plastic surgery Fat Transfer works with a combination of liposuction and enlargement of the selected area by transferred fat. A plastic surgeon first takes adipose tissue from problem areas (for example, abdomen, buttocks or thighs). We use a premium device for liposuction, which, in comparison to other types of liposuction, guarantees the gentlest handling of fat cells and thus their integrity. In this way, the viability of the suctioned cells is maintained. A doctor then transfers processed fat in the desired area.
All these procedures take place within a single treatment. Gently inserting the cannula is enough to transfer fat cells. They have the advantage of leaving no scars at all.
The effect is very individual. It depends on the amount of fat taken, the subsequent absorption and integration of the transferred adipose tissue. If a woman wishes to have a more distinctive breast enlargement, it is always possible to combine this procedure with the placement of the implants.
With detailed consultations, professional care of the surgeon and the entire team, as well as state-of-the-art operating procedures and equipment, patients can be sure that they are going to the surgery with the maximum of available information, confidence and peace of mind. For example, did you know that as one of the few in the Czech Republic (and in Europe in general) we have an operating room made of special antibacterial glass that ensures 100% patient safety?
